join侨益大家庭已近一个月，stay人力行政中心实习，我的Operating duty是支持员工关系Administration、培训Development、企业文化建设等模块工作开展。乐观向上的我，虽算不上是一个爱心爆棚的人，却对义工活动一直有所坚持，为此也想从另一个侧面与同事们分享一些参与义工的心得体会。

The major of university is social work. A profession with low popularity is often mistaken for volunteer by others. Although it is mistaken, it also gives me more opportunities to contact volunteer activities and volunteers. Every semester, from volunteer activities in clubs to volunteer activities outside schools, I try to get time to volunteer. From the fear and hesitation of doing activities with the disabled to singing and playing games happily with them, it is the growth and firmness of my heart. Later, members of the community were slowly organized to visit and help leprosy patients recover, go to kindergartens for religious education, etc. Perhaps our measures and short stay were not enough to bring great help to their lives or改变，But I always believe that little sunshine can bring hope。

回忆我印象最深的是曾参加的一个位于佛山市三水区的沙梨疗养院送关怀活动，疗养院位置远离市区，面积不大，院子很新也算干净，环绕着住着十几个麻风病康复患者。在五六十年代，医疗Technical conditions are limited and concentrated得了麻风病的群体，会被集中隔离在偏僻的村庄或者疗养院。初见这群康复者The first impression will be a little disturbing, because their limbs are somewhat incomplete. With less mobility and less financial assistance, they can't get through easily. I care with my members in the sanatoriumactivity中，不只是陪伴这些老人们聊天说笑，大家更希望可以给他们日常生活带去更多多帮助，于是大伙Sanitation for the elderly, cleaning the old mosquito nets, kitchen utensils, cooking for them, playing chess and singing with them. Considering the physical inconvenience of the elderly, we also arranged simple and appropriate games and activities in advance, giving them biscuits and prizes. Although the game is simple, they are very happy and open to us. Laugh, easy满足；Of course, we also specially prepared some small performances, although not very brilliant, but the elderly are smiling and applauding for us. Before leaving, everyone sent himself a practical life for the elderlySupplies小礼物，物品并不算值钱，但是每一份都是经过社工们精心准备而来，物轻情意重。

每次去时园长的微笑和那些公公婆婆们慈善的眼神都会让我们觉得暖心，我们也希望以最小程度的打扰给予最大的温暖和关怀。一年一年他们逐渐被人群遗忘，但依然微笑的面对着生活，积极努力的在这远离大都会喧嚣的地方绽放生命的光彩，是每一个普通人值得学习的地方。

曾经有人问我，去做义工不觉得折腾时间么？可是在我看来心中的激情不曾为社会的浮躁所磨灭、力所能及Help弱势群体，身心修善，更能促使自我感恩所有、珍惜当下，走进职场，希望能给予身边的同事更多的乐观向上、正能量。
